    Ingredients for the latte:

    • 1/4 cup chai concentrate (optional)
    • Brown sugar, to taste
    • Ice cubes
    • 1 cup milk of choice
    • 1 teaspoon organic ceremonial matcha

    Ingredients for the pumpkin cream foam:

    • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
    • 2 tablespoons milk
    • 1 tablespoon pumpkin syrup
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
    • A pinch of pumpkin spice to sprinkle on top

    Method:

    1. Build the matcha chai base: If you’re using chai, pour the concentrate into a glass. Sweeten with brown sugar to taste, then add ice cubes.
    2. Add milk and matcha: Pour in 1 cup of milk over the ice, then sift the matcha into the glass. Whisk well (or froth) until fully dissolved and smooth.
    3. Make the pumpkin cream foam: In a bowl, combine cream, milk, pumpkin syrup and vanilla syrup. Whisk or froth until light and foamy.
    4. Top and finish: Spoon the pumpkin foam over the matcha chai latte and dust with pumpkin spice for the final touch.
