We prepare orders Monday to Friday, within 24 to 48 working hours of payment. Every parcel ships with a tracking number, sent by email. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the delivery country.

Delivery times

France: about 48 h after dispatch.
Europe: 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on the country.
Overseas territories and Morocco: longer times, depending on the carrier and customs.
Business orders: dispatched within 72 h for the regular range, about 3 weeks for private label.

Carriers

Depending on destination and weight: Mondial Relay, Colissimo (signature required) or FedEx.

Duties and taxes

For Switzerland, Norway, Morocco and the French overseas territories, the carrier may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. They are paid by the recipient.
