Shipping Policy – Matcha Matcha

At Matcha Matcha, we do everything we can to ensure fast, reliable delivery tailored to each of our customers, whether individuals or professionals. The delivery times and prices indicated below are provided for information purposes and may be adjusted according to the transport rates in force.

For individuals

Delivery in mainland France

Delivery is free for all orders placed on our website matchamatcha.fr, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery to Réunion and the French overseas territories

A flat rate of €12.90 incl. VAT applies for shipments to Réunion, Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Mayotte.

Delivery to Spain

Shipping costs are €8.90 incl. VAT, regardless of the order amount. Orders are shipped from France and delivered within 3 to 7 business days on average.

Delivery to the rest of the European Union

Shipping fees are also set at €8.90 incl. VAT for European Union member countries (excluding France and Spain).

Delivery to the Maghreb

For Maghreb countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria), shipping costs are €12.90 incl. VAT. Delivery times may vary depending on local customs formalities.

International shipping fee reservation

For countries outside France, Matcha Matcha reserves the right to adjust shipping rates based on the carrier’s actual costs at the time of the order. The fees indicated above are for information purposes and non-binding, and may change depending on market conditions or the total parcel weight.

For professionals (B2B)

Delivery in mainland France

Shipping fees are €12 excl. VAT per order. Deliveries are made within 2 to 5 business days after payment validation.

Free shipping from €400 excl. VAT per order (delivery is free above this amount).

International delivery

For professional orders shipped abroad, shipping fees are calculated based on total weight and destination. Rates are provided as a quote before shipment.

International free shipping from €1,000 excl. VAT per order.

Tracking and carriers

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and delivered by recognized carriers (La Poste, Colissimo, Chronopost, or equivalent). Matcha Matcha cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or customs formalities.

Processing times

Orders are prepared and shipped Monday to Friday, generally within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.
