Ingredients (for 2 glasses)

• 300 ml cold-pressed apple juice
• 2 ½ teaspoons of organic ceremonial matcha
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• A pinch of sea salt
• 1 lime
• 2 ice cubes
• 400 ml sparkling water

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Blend the base:

Add all ingredients except the sparkling water to a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
