    15 minutes prep, 3 hours chilling in the fridge

    Ingredients for 8 servings:

    For the crust:

    • 100 g apple purée
    • 10 g cocoa powder
    • 50 g almond meal
    • 80 g rolled oats

    For the filling:

    Method:

    1. Make the crust: In a bowl, mix the apple purée, cocoa powder, almond meal, and oats until you get an even dough. Press into a tart tin to create a firm, uniform base. Chill.
    2. Make the filling: Blend the silken tofu, organic matcha, and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
