  • Granola Matcha, Baies de Goji et Fraises
  • Matcha Granola with Goji Berries and Strawberries

Granola is a breakfast classic—and this matcha version is no exception. It’s full of energy, with an exotic twist thanks to goji berries and coconut. The perfect way to start your day on the right foot.

This granola with organic ceremonial matcha is easy to make and simple to customise—add your favourite nuts, dried fruit, or seeds. Matcha gives it a gorgeous green hue, and it pairs beautifully with the sweetness of fresh strawberries.

    Prep time:

10 minutes prep, 30 to 40 minutes baking

    Ingredients to make matcha granola:

    • Rolled oats
    • Honey
    • 2 tsp of our organic ceremonial matcha
    • Shredded coconut
    • Goji berries
    • Strawberries (Gariguette-style or any sweet, ripe strawberries)

    How to make matcha granola:

    1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
    2. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, shredded coconut, and matcha.
    3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil with honey and water.
    4. Pour this mixture over the oats and stir well to coat everything evenly.
    5. Spread the granola on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 150°C, stirring every 10 minutes for even toasting.
    7. Let it cool completely, then add one or two handfuls of goji berries.
    8. Serve with plant-based yoghurt and fresh strawberries for a colourful, delicious breakfast.

    Tip:

Make it your own: add sliced almonds, chia seeds, or even dark chocolate chips for an extra indulgent touch. Store in an airtight jar to keep it perfectly crunchy.

    Nutritional value:

This granola is a great source of fibre from oats and goji berries. Matcha adds antioxidants, while coconut and honey provide a mix of healthy fats and carbs for a natural energy boost.

    When to eat it?

Ideal as a high-energy breakfast or a satisfying mid-day snack. It’s also great stirred into plant-based yoghurt for a quick, nourishing option.

    Which diets does it fit?

This granola can fit a vegan diet if you swap honey for maple syrup (or agave). It can also be gluten-free if you choose certified gluten-free oats.

    Enjoy!
