    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 3 tbsp icing sugar
    • 2 cups white chocolate chips
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 1 tbsp culinary matcha Organic Ceremonial Matcha
    • (Optional) Chopped peanuts for extra crunch

    Method:

    1. Make the peanut butter filling: In a bowl, mix peanut butter with icing sugar until smooth. Set aside.
    2. Melt the white chocolate: Using a bain-marie or microwave, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil. Stir until glossy and smooth.
    3. Add the matcha: Sift the culinary matcha into the melted chocolate and mix until fully combined.
    4. Fill the liners: Place paper liners into a muffin tray. Spoon about 1/2 tbsp of the matcha chocolate into each liner, then spread up the sides to form a shell.
