Ingredients for 10 cookies:
- 85 g brown sugar
- 85 g softened butter
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 180 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 5 g matcha Organic Ceremonial Matcha
- 1 egg
- A handful of white chocolate chips
Method:
- Make the cookie base: In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, softened butter, and pinch of salt until smooth.
- Add the ingredients: Mix in the egg and vanilla sugar, then add flour, baking powder, and matcha. Stir until a smooth dough forms, then fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Shape: Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
