    • 3 tbsp matcha latte mix Organic Ceremonial Matcha
    • 1 cup melted chocolate

    Method:

    1. Mix: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and matcha latte mix until smooth.
    2. Freeze: Pour into popsicle moulds. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours (or overnight).
    3. Dip: Unmould the fully frozen popsicles and drizzle or dip in melted chocolate. Let the chocolate set for a few seconds, then enjoy.

    Tip:

    For an extra-indulgent finish, sprinkle chopped nuts or pistachios over the chocolate before it sets.
